Western Railroad Discussion > A Quick Look At The Last Couple days on the BNSF

It's been a warm humid day in Ritzville, WA on the BNSF Lakeside Sub with a high-low of 84-52. I've been busy with other activities the last couple of days, so here's an abbreviated look at what rolled by. I do have one shot from Sunday evening along with yesterday and today. Traffic was fairly busy in the morning, but only three trains since 1217pm and 4pm.

5/1/2016

1. EB 711pm manifest train with an 8 unit Orange Blast on the pull.

5/2/2016

2. EB 829am manifest train with BNSF 8477 on the very point.
3. WB 1015am intermodal train with BNSF 5828 on the very point with DPU.

4. WB 1024am grain train with BNSF 5206-8328 on the pull with DPU.
5. DPU BNSF 3926 on same train.
Today:

6. EB 1217pm grain train with BNSF 6790 on the very point with DPU's and friendly waves from the crew at Bauman Rd., Ritzville.

7. DPU's BNSF 6919 and company on same train fading away towards CP W. Tokio.
8. EB 142pm autorack train with BNSF 9121-5916 on the pull with DPU.
9. DPU BNSF 8566 on same train.

If only their was a wigwag at that crossing........

10. EB 255pm stack/autorack train with BNSF 6641 on the very point with DPU's at Bauman Rd. and  friendly waves from the crew.
11. DPU's BNSF 3930 and company fading away towards CP W. Tokio.
12. EB 433pm grain train with BNSF 6378-9063 on the pull with DPU and friendly toot-toots from a friend at the throttle. Good roll-by!
