EMD SD70ACe-T4 Demos Head West

Those two EMD SD70ACe-T4 test units, 1502 and 1503, that have been hanging around Denver for several days went west over the Moffat Tunnel Sub tonight, May 29. At 20:33 they are shown passing over Kipling Street, mile 9.7 (from Denver) in Arvada, Colorado, heading for Sparks, Nevada, where they will test on Donner. UP 8722 is leading EMD 1503, EMD test car 820, and EMD 1502. Photo by Joe McMillan.

EMD Tier 4 Test Set departed UP's North Yard, Denver, Colorado, behind UP 8722, SD70ACe, EMDX 1503, EMDX test car 820, and EMDX 1502 via UP's Moffat Tunnel Subdivision May 29, 2016.
