Only UP manifest train that (currently) runs west via Donner these days is the MRORV - Roper Yd (SLC) to Roseville. Usually into Sparks early morning, does work for a while and departs west late morning over the hill.

It was last Wednesday or Thursday, I was on my way to Sacramento for vacation. Sounded like the train was a loaded heavy as it was in 8 when it went by.
