No. Simply repositioning and reactivating previously stored power for the harvest season, and for the increases in coal and oil. -Dalton Date: 06/29/16 18:20 Re: BNSF 28 unit power move today Topeka to Northtown Author: NH2006 Yay! Great catch! I always loved power moves.

About 7 silver engines in this one it appears. Can someone explain the phasing on the BNSF paint schemes? Maybe a dummies guide with photos. The "H" series are all green and orange, correct? Tom Parisoff Boylston, MA Date: 06/29/16 19:06 Re: BNSF 28 unit power move today Topeka to Northtown Author: NH2006 THERE IS NO H3.
BNSF intentionally stopped using Heritage terminology for the black & orange paint scheme. Tell the Mechanical Department that. BNSF uses H3 and even a H4. H3 = current paint scheme on wide-nose cab locomotives H4 = current paint scheme on standard-cab locomotives; SD40-2, GP39-3, etc. Date: 06/29/16 20:15 Re: BNSF 28 unit power move today Topeka to Northtown Author: NH2006 Right. Because from anyone at BNSF, the Mechanical Department really cares about whatever paint is on a locomotive.
Sure. Like the guys & gals who really run the trains, all they care about is that the locomotives go forward, stop, and reverse. And that the toilet is not super disgusting. Obviously you've never seen a locomotive's mechanical record on the Mainframe. Keeping track of BNSF locomotive paint schemes is outlined in Project DU17 published August 24, 2009. Edited 1 time(s). The busy season for RRs starts July 1. NS has also started to pull units out of the deadlines. Date: 06/30/16 06:45 Re: BNSF 28 unit power move today Topeka to Northtown Author: Railfan2 The paint schemes are for the benefit of the railfans. next time there will be no mention of paint schemes

Typical asinine foamer comment although sadly I heard one company official say the same thing the afternoon following the incident in Texas.
