Has left Phoenix, AZ at 10:30 pm trailing unit on 5502 east, RIght side looks burned, but it was working. I think this is train M-PHXBEL.

The manifests in Phoenix are running as the H-PHXBEL / H-BELPHX. The local that interchanges with the ARZC is still operating as the M-MATPHX
