UP line closure near The Dalles

2800 acre wildfire east of The Dalles (Oregon) has closed I84. Surely that means the UP line is closed as well as the railroad generally runs alongside the freeway.

The now 3000+ acre fire is right there at Celio and a threat to both UP and BNSF. BNSF's fire train just went on active duty yesterday for the season...talk about good timing!!!!
