Question Regarding Alcoa Gulf Coast Terminal

To All:

I don't remember the name of the Gulf Coast port into which import loads of Alumina arrived. Does anyone know if that terminal is still operational? I know UP was the interchanging railroad. I haven't heard anything. The Rockdale, TX plant use to receive regular unit trains, however, that plant has since been closed. I just wondered if the alumina is still imported into Texas and if it is shipped elsewhere across the United States.
