Western Railroad Discussion > Southern Peru Copper PRLX 2018Date: 07/25/16 11:41 Southern Peru Copper PRLX 2018 Author: TTM Got my slides back today of Southern Peru Copper 72 at Progress Rail in Tacoma WA being worked on, and as PRLX 2018 at BNSF yard in Tacoma ready to be shipped out. I think this a GP30ECCO but if someone knows more fill free to jump in. I believe it is headed to Houston TX to be loaded on a ship for Peru. I do know that it went down the Oregon Trunk headed to Barstow and then east to Houston. It should be around Barstow now. Sorry about taking so long to get this out but I still use slide film, old habbits are hard to break.
Thanks for looking, hope you enjoyed. Tom Date: 07/25/16 11:56 Re: Southern Peru Copper PRLX 2018 Author: MP555 TTM Wrote:

Somebody mentioned the same unit in CA was waybilled to the border. Interesting that it's going via Houston, given Peru is on the Pacific. Edited 1 time(s). Last edit at 07/25/16 15:45 by loopy7764. Date: 07/26/16 15:01 Re: Southern Peru Copper PRLX 2018 Author: callum_out That's not true, even a turbo has issues at the elevation at which the SPC runs.

GP = 4 axle 3 = 3000thp 1 = Tier level Granted with some derate for altitude it doesn't change the model. |
