Mark Date: 07/26/16 05:18 Re: UP Columbia (WI) Coal train Author: Dick CBTWC (from Black Thunder) and CCDWC (from Cordero) are two of them. Coal may come from other mines also. UP turns these over to the DM&E at Clinton, IA where they then head north to La Crosse, WI.
