Which railroad?

UP should have around three: KSEMN for the south 5x week, the train that runs to Portland to connect with ZPDG2, and an average of maybe slightly more than one international box train a day...

BNSF will have more than that, but someone else would have a better estimate of their figures.

As for UP, here are the intermodals that originate / terminate in the Seattle - Tacoma area:

IBASE - Mo, We, Fr
IDITA - Th
IDUSE - Tu, Th-Sa
IG3SE - Tu, We, Fr, Sa
IG3SEB - Su
IG4TA - Sa
ISEBA - Mo, We, Fr
ISEG4 - We, Fr
ITAAHX - 2x week
ITABA - Th
ITAG23 - We
ITAG4X - 1x week
ITAME3 - We
IWUG4 - Fr
KSEMN - Tu-Sa
KTALNX - 1x week
KTMPD - Mo-We, Fr, Sa
ZBRTM - Daily

That's 44 trains a week or 6.3 a day on average.
