Western Railroad Discussion > Santa Fe Heritage Abounds in TopekaDate: 07/26/16 21:41 Santa Fe Heritage Abounds in Topeka Author: bnsfsd70 After dinner tonight, I stopped by the ex-ATSF depot in Topeka, KS and found the "GN" 2568 and ATSF 999714 sitting outside. GP35u #2568 was out there and missing a number of parts, and right now, I'm unsure of whether it's mid-rebuild or being sold off for scrap. Looming in the background is Santa Fe' old Unclaimed Freight building.
