Does anybody know a likely spot where I might locate the Albany & Eastern black widow SD9 (it is theirs?). I will be heading South from an overnight at Salem OR tomorrow.

It is an Albany & Eastern unit, believe the best place to find it is in their yard in Lebanon OR. Haven't heard of it being out running around lately.

As I understand it they keep it out of sight when not in use.

It's visable on google earth, inside a large, gated compound that seems to be the RR headquarters. I assume that's where it is stored.

Last I was there, a couple months ago, she was found in the fenced yard in Lebanon.  We asked permission and were able to walk up the tracks into the pen and take all the photos we wished.  Those guys were very cool.
