What turned out for only hoping for a half day of railfanning pretty much turned into a whole day of railfanning with a couple hours break.

First managed to catch 6920 trailing second out at Randolph and an hour later 1072 leads through.

After getting word that the new manes of 4002 and 4004 were finally departing Murray Yard and we were in south Kansas City, after storming up the backroads of Missouri highways, we finally catch up to the pair at St Joe waiting on a "southbound". We got really lucky on the lighting as the baseball fields next to the track were still illuminated and giving us plenty of light on the units. I was only able to manage a couple shots before the buckets of rain started coming down on top of us.
