September 19, 2016 from Amtrak train 5, the westbound California Zephyr, noted the old General Railway Signal (once based in Rochester, New York) signals were being replaced with new tri-light signals. UP Moffat Tunnel Subdivision, control point (CP) DS086 Sulphur.

They are NOT light. Add in freight shipping and I'm sure it's not cheap either.
