Another Day Of Indian Summer On The BNSF--6666

It  was another warm day on Fall in Ritzville, WA on the BNSF Lakeside Sub with a high-low 82-53. It seemed to be harsh sunlight today. Traffic was fairly steady today. 
Here are some of the trains that passed by today.

1. WB 1029am oil train with BNSF 5299 on the very point.
2. EB 1201pm coal train with BNSF 6137, CREX 1407 and BNSF 9034 on the pull with DPU.
3. EB 1236pm manifest train with BNSF 8511-9982-4371 on the point.

4. The End of same train fading away by old NP Ritzville Depot.
5. EB 106pm "Z" train with BNSF 7258 on the very point.
6. WB 127pm grain train with BNSF 6898-6666 on the pull with DPU.

7. Another shot of BNSF 6666 on same train. Alway fun to see all the same number.
8. EB 147pm grain train with BNSF 4160 on the very point with DPU.
9. BNSF 499312 Colorado and Southern on same train with even more graffiti. Used to just have flowers.

10. EB 242pm blade train with BNSF Orange on the very point. A quick grab shot out the grocery front door.
11. Another shot of the blades in awful sunlight.
12. DPU BNSF 7588 fading away on same blade train.

13. WB 321pm grain train with BNSF 4381-6809-4059 on the pull with DPU and a friendly wave from the hogger.
14. WB 345pm oil train with BNSF 7083-6664 on the point with DPU.

Hope tomorrow will bring on more variety, lol.

As always great photos! Glad it is cooling off as it is down here in Utah. Wish we had the traffic through here you have up there! Hope the tooth is better too...

Is ther anyway to readily determine ethanol trains form the oil other than reading the placards?

I believe it's all oil coming thru here. Not sure on the placards.

No Crime, no traffic, everyone waves and says hello and no one locks their house and lots of trains, That's my kind of boring town!
