Saw a WB BNSF manifest at Woodford and SB UP intermodal at Rowen today, starting around 2:50 pm.  Both sat there with nothing else moving, no meets or passes, for an hour (at least) when I finally left.  Maintenance in between the sidings?  Some other problem?  TIA

Could have been a work window, they've had a lot of those lately while they work on extending Cliff siding.
