my interest was piqued on an earlier thread about a meltdown in spokane: 1Q. reference was made to 80+ dispr positions were abolished; how was this accomplished? extending districts?, were some disprs furloughed?

2Q- what is "level S" discipline?

3Q. do any of these changes directly affect operations in the PNW?
