It was an overly bright sunny December First in Ritzville, WA on the BNSF Lakeside Sub with a high-low of 46-31. The sun was really tough today with it's angles for picture taking. An Artic Blast is scheduled for the middle of next week, that should be fun, lol. Here are the catches from today.

1. The sun took out the head-end as I shot the picture of WB 1002am "Z" train with an Orange Blast on the point, There was a friendly toot-toot and wave from the hogger.
2. EB 1019am grain train with BNSF 8478-8895-6355 on the pull with DPU.
3. WB 1253pm manifest train with BNSF 6802 and CREX 1307 on the point.

4. The End of same train fading away in the bright sun.
5. WB 115pm manifest train with BNSF 7604-7557 on the pull and a friendly wave from the hogger.
6. CAT protection of the head-end of same.

7. EB 136pm grain train with BNSF 8223-7501 on the point with DPU and a friendly wave from the hogger.

22. My wish picture of the day that didn't work out with it nearly dark outside, when WB 425pm manifest arrived. Would have been nice with NS 7631 and KCS in the head-ed mix. Sorry about the bad pan shot, probably the best my camera could do in the dark light. Thanks Ted!
