Catfish Hunting
Author: funnelfan

One of my friends on the BNSF let me know about a pair of NS units leading a westbound manifest. So Fred Simon and myself took advantage of the sun yesterday and did a little railfanning. I'm actually loving this winter sun as it's low angle makes for great photos all day long, and the current congestion around Spokane means there is always trains creeping around somewhere. And the best way to top off a long day of railfanning is to relax to some Pink Floyd music while editing photos.

Forget the sun, we need dark side of the moon photos.
Wore out two vinyls, 3 cassettes, thank god for digital sound tracks.  May not have helped my hearing either.

Glad you caught that train in sunlight. I caught it in Ritzville as my last train of the day at around 4pm. Also caught three inches of snow last evening!
