It was a cold crisp day in Ritzville, WA on the BNSF Lakeside Sub with a high-low of 26-22 and 6 inches of snow. Snow was just a possibility for last evening and turned into quite a snow event in Ritzville. Spent all morning digging out. Hope to get the car out tomorrow. More snow towards end of work week and frigid temperatures. Welcome to early Winter, lol. Traffic was so-so with a big lull from 1031am to 208pm. Here are some of the trains from today between snow shoveling.

1. WB 924am coal train with CREX 1407 and BNSF 9017-6326 on the point with DPU.
2. EB 1017am grain train with BNSF Orange on the pull with DPU.
3. BNSF 486315 NP Heritage Hopper rolling in same train.

5. EB 1037am grain train with BNSF 7621-7970 on the point with DPU.

7. WB 1144am grain train with BNSF 6304-4189 on the pull with DPU. I think this train pulled out of the Templin grain circle on the North end of town.

16. The End of same train.
17. EB 353pm manifest train with NS 7009-9164 on the pull, no DPU. These same units were yesterday's last train WB before dark and is the last train EB today before dark. Nice sounding 5-chime on 7009.
