But, when I heard these brand new UP Tier-4s had already departed on a West Colton to Roseville, I had to try and it was a race thru stop and go traffic to Cajon. As evidenced by Photo 1, the weather in Cajon was awful; fog, clouds and rain. However, at the top of Cajon, UP 3014 entered a patch of sun as it continues north with 3012 pushing on the rear.

Interesting. Small truck sideframes don't look as bad in these images. Very nice catch!

exhaustED: They sounded like a farm tractor, had a heavy knocking sound. ble692: Scott, I called this the first revenue run since they came from Ft.Worth to WC dead-in-consist. Hope they are still running when they get up to your end of the trip!
