A minor derailment was reported in Lompoc by "Kevin" on headsupcoastfans. KSBY news report with pictures here- http://www.ksby.com/story/34230265/train-derails-in-lompoc-no-injuries This is on the White Hills Industrial Lead, between Lompoc and the diatomaceous earth plant. It's 0.95% at the E Street crossing per the track chart, not on the 3% portion.
