Those doublestacks look like they barely clear the overhead lines weighted down with snow and ice.

That's a nice video.  Thanks!  I still have trouble
acceptig that it is normal for it to snow in Portland. 
Never lived thre, so don't really know what is nornmal
weather around there.

Normal is a three day event every four to six years.  We have had three events since December 2016
