BNSF Fallbridge sub open yet?

BNSF line through the Columbia River Gorge was closed yesterday with all trains parked that move west of Wishram.  Is the line back open yet and anyone know why it was closed?

Ice storm.  Too hazardous for MOW to be out there cutting up fallen trees with ice chunks coming down and potentially other trees falling.  They resumed work this morning in daylight.

No hurry on those westbound detours. BNSF is refusing trains from MRL at Sandpoint so there are 4 trains parked at Tuscor, MT and beyond with more out of Laurel, MT to park behind the ones parked now.
