Can tell it's a difference between the 2 as the bridge is more rusted through paint in photo 2. Also really really sad to see this flooding. Also it does like a truck, but could be a boat. It looks like people on the back with life jackets.

Yes, Mike. There is some wift water on one side of the river. Nothing lke the late 70's when the flow reached the bottom of the bridge. It is flooding on Hwy 1, and it is a Caltrans problem of the pumps under the bridge breaking down or the drain is clogged.
