A Matched Set
Author: funnelfan

Was happy to find a matched set of power in a A-B-B-B-A consist yesterday on the Chewelah Turn coming back to Spokane. A friend and myself caught the train leaving the new "tunnel" at Mead, WA

I see they swapped out one GP38-2 for the GP30. There was a group of 10 railfans (split between American and Canadian) chasing the turn south at the end of February

Nice catch!  What kind of tonnage does that local move to merit so many units?

Wow this is real nice and probably rare to find such a matched set of that many units and respectfully clean as well. Nice photo
