Portland and Western on the OE
Author: pmack

I was home one day on a weekend at the end of the February and the 663 went by so I gave chase.  The first two are between Banks and North Plains, OR.  Waiting between the first and second shots I walked around the cemetary and there are some old headstones there.  Old like died before the Civil War, before Oregon was a state.
The last is the bridge over Holcomb Creek and Dick Road.  The Amazon delivery guy saw me there and stopped to see what was up and waited for the train with me.

Is 664 also running the return trip over Cornelius Pass?

I don't think so.  It is pretty rare 663/664 come this way, I have only seen it a handful of times and I live across the street from the tracks.  The Harbor Turn is pretty regular M-F about 10pm through Hillsboro, OR.  I'm asleep for the return and I usually don't even wake up, much less look at the clock.
