Any info on the rumor that there were detours down the ex-Spokane International due to the congestion on the funnel?

This would have been the Sandpoint to Spokane section, my understanding was the slide was on the Sandpoint to the Border side. Monitoring the Radio I have heard CP power getting Warrents to cross the diamonds at Sandpoint but didn't determine the direction involved, not much other info than that.
