Western Railroad Discussion > BNSF 2017 Masters Train????Date: 03/23/17 03:52 BNSF 2017 Masters Train???? Author: NSSpike Anyone here on the Western Board know if the BNSF plans to send their OCS to the Masters April 6-9 in Augusta Georgia this year? Also as a rule, where does this train originate?
#1 Operating as NS 956, BNSF 8144 leads the 2015 OCS train through Villa Rica Georgia on the NS Alabama Division East End District. #2 Operating as NS 956, BNSF 6861 leads the 2016 OCS train up Iron Mountain in the Talladega National Forest just west of Heflin Alabama on the NS Alabama Division East End District. In advance, thanks for any updates to this Thread!! Phil Maton Villa Rica, GA Date: 03/23/17 04:42 Re: BNSF 2017 Masters Train???? Author: rww Yes, BNSF will be sending equipment. 9-car train will originate at Topeka on March 30.

Wonder if that'll put the train arriving in Augusta on either Sunday or Monday. Date: 03/23/17 21:33 Re: BNSF 2017 Masters Train???? Well if there is such a thing "as a rule" that just might apply, I would say Monday by mid afternoon. For last several years when the BNSF has sent a OCS to the Masters it came through west Georgia in the afternnon 12PM - 3PM on a Sunday. So again I would say into Augusta by Monday 3pm Phil Maton Villa Rica, GA Date: 03/24/17 06:11 Re: BNSF 2017 Masters Train????
