Colorful Seattle in March
Author: BrianA

Here are a few scenes from the South Seattle area this past week.

1)  Northbound BNSF gatbage train stacks wait for a crew to head north behind SD60M's 1459/1469 from the Albro Place overpass on St Patricks Day 3-17-17.  Even in Seattle rain BN green looks good.

2)  Still looking Peachy.  BNSF 5378 at South Seattle on 3-19-17 still has that faded look about it.  Have not seen a "peach" for awhile and have to admit in an awkward way, refreshing to catch in a sea of GEVO's.

3)  Colorful lineup of KCS, BNSF and UP wait for crews from Albro Place again, this time on 3-21-17 and this time sunny.  Even a CP in the background left as DPU on a UP southbound.

Great photos Brian.  It is always a treat to see BN SD60Ms.  That last photo with a four RR line up is classic.

Love picture #3. 5 trains with 4 different RR's represented as leaders. Well timed and well done.
