Have the > local politicians NOT heard all the complaints > against trains??? I have to agree. Allowing apartments to be built that close is asking for trouble. How long before the residents complain about squealing flanges?? Noise from the yard?? Tank cars ("bomb cars") in the yard being too close to the apartments?? The city of Richmond can't be that hard up for land to build apartments... Allen Edited 2 time(s). Last edit at 03/26/17 08:17 by bradleymckay. Just where is that location ? And, where is the location of that Switcher next to the new Apartments ??

They move slow enough that I don't remember any real squealing, just the loud banging and creaking noise as the big cars adjust their positions on the curve.
