UP Mainline and Hwy 12 Shut Down in Lodi, CA

A high voltage power line blew down in 40-mph winds where the UP mainline and Hwy 12 (Kettleman Lane) cross in south Lodi, CA. A northbound BNSF train has been snared by the powerlines and in now trapped until the mess can be cleaned up. Traffic is a nightmare as Hwy 12 traffic is being detoured over 3 miles of residential streets. Amtrak did not show up as scheduled in Lodi, so maybe they were detoured to the ex-WP in Sacramento.
