Western Railroad Discussion > one of PHL's less colorful loco'sDate: 07/29/04 18:09 one of PHL's less colorful loco's Author: 3rdswitch Los Angeles Harbor area Pacific Harbor Lines UP dock job has one of two exIC SD20's, that PHL has, today, as it pulls cars from UP's ICTF support yard along the Alameda Corridor in Wilmington, CA. Earlier in the afternoon, there were units in THREE paint jobs at the MAERSK Pier 400 facility on Terminal Island [exSP, exCNW, exOC] not to mention the two variations of BNSF's heritage paint scemes that were also present. This colorful and busy shortline serving the Los Angeles and Long Beach Harbors is easily photographed and has a big variety of power as well as paint schemes.
