There's still a few running around that aren't fully enclosed. As to the other post about the full sided graffiti, I assume they use some sort of paint roller. The double deck open racks were probably required for the high profile cabs on these trucks. The remaining open cars in BNSF NA service are frequently run close to the headend where crews (hopefully) will keep an eye on them. Looks like those pink trucks have faded...
