E9 unit experts in T.O. land..........in photo 1, are those ditch-lights on either side of the WS emblem just below the wreath? Thanks :^)

Looks like MU connectors to me.

Those are the HEP (Head End Power) connectors. It looks like these were moved down lower. The E units did not have ditch lights until the last face lift where they added the ditch lights and put on the more traditional pilot versus the wedge plow. This was done several years ago to both E units along with the renumbering. I am not sure if this was done in conjunction with the completion of the "B" unit.
