Steam & Excursion > 2013 Western Pacific Steam Calendar Now Available!

The steam program at the WP Museum at Portola, CA raises money each year for the restoration of WP 0-6-0 #165 with the sale of a WP steam calendar.

I was asked this year if I could supply the photos for the calendar and, of course, I quickly said YES!

The calendar is now out and available for purchase. I think you will like the variety of photos that we picked from my collection. Most are action shots and all have never been published.

Besides WP we included Tidewater Southern, Central California Traction, Indian Valley and Fruit Growers Supply.

There are some extremely cool and interesting photos in the calendar this year, including a WP steam rotary, one of the Indian Valley locos and a great shot of WP 165 taking a turntable spin.
