Two weeks worth of updates and photos at the links. Major work was still staybolt sleeve and staybolt replacement, and superheater bundle assembly. Also, the March meeting minutes have been posted.

The tender will not be moved to the ABQ depot for National Train day as the access track will be undergoing tie replacement and ballast placement.

One third of the superheater pairs have been sponsored (74 of 220). This is a great way to donate or if tax day left you a bit short, a membership is available for $29.26.

I bought a superheater bundle in memorium of a recently departed "dyed in the wool" steam lover who mentored me when I was young. It was a great way to remember them and help the 2926 group at the same time. I know he would have loved to have been trackside to see her run. I hope somewhere he is smiling, knowing she is that much closer to completion now.
