Funny how Disneyland touts itself as "The Happiest Place on Earth". I respectfully disagree. Chama fits the bill quite nicely...

There is a National Geographic photographer, Jim Richardson, of whom I was fortunate to attend a seminar said, "If you want to take good pictures, stand in front of good stuff." You have done that and the videography you show is excellent.
Chama ... been there once and would love to be there again and again.

Excellent video!

I find most train videography does best with what you have done here and that is use a tripod and sparingly use pan/tilt/zoom.

On another note, that is some fine looking track and equipment.

Someone here I sure can say for sure but I do not recall the Rio Grande narrow gauge as having rock ballast. Sure looks different that way.

IMHO the C&TSRR track crew has done a GREAT job.
