9-11-2014: Great video, but especially, audio. How did you record the intense bass audio in the beginning footage?

The audio levels at 1:50 and 3:00 appear to be very close. Was the distant sound (1:50) that intense (loud)? Was the audio level changed as the engine approached the camera? Not complaining--just curious.

No music accompaniment is appreciated, as the train sounds are music themselves!

I just aim the mic where I know the train is going to be. I only use music when outside sounds won't let you hear the train.
