Looking back

Looking back to 1962 -63 The Buffalo Creek & Gauley steam operation which drew a lot of us as it was the last of steam operations serving a coal mine, 100 car trains were common!Stayed many a weekend with General Manager Rich Manning, and his gracious wife Hazel at their home, wonderful times indeed.

Certainly had many great times there. Lots of nice 4X5 B&W and color negatives, plus 35MM color slides, however I have no way to scan any of that stuff, nor would I know how to post the photos anyway.

Thanks, Ed.
