Steam & Excursion > SMV 21 and 205Date: 01/16/15 12:45 SMV 21 and 205 Author: pdxsteam I was coming through Independence, OR this morning and couldn't help but think about Santa Maria Valley #205, which is being restored to operating condition in a warehouse somewhere in town. This of course also reminded me of SMV #21 which is being restored in Astoria. Anyone have any updates (or even better, recent photos) of these projects? There's little to no info about #205 and the website for #21 hasn't been updated since March of last year.

This spring. He's currently waiting on the Oregon dept.of agriculture to issue the permits. It is a Baldwin Pig afterall. They call me the Ironduke!! Will the engine have an operating home? Out Date: 01/16/15 16:20 Re: SMV 21 and 205 Author: LoggerHogger Yes, she sure will. For the time being she will be running up and back the full length of the Valley & Siletz Ry!
Martin Date: 01/16/15 16:40 Re: SMV 21 and 205 Author: callum_out OK, but you sure don't need GPS to find both ends of that!
