The middle shot was only made possible by an extremely late westbound Zephyr...right before this moment somebody on the UP side told the Amtrak crew over the radio to have their passengers look out the left windows, they just might get to see something unusual... Reminds me of 1991 (844/3985) and 1992 (3985) departures from here. I used to work/rail-fan/Video along this whole area,from Wendover to Winnemucca and still working on video transfer for both '91/'92 Steam trips (No Diesels!) ..Thanks for the Nice Pics!
