Steam & Excursion > Alco 539, 244 Engine Parts Manual?

Does anyone know of an Alco Engine Parts Manual that is available on line? I have a large quantity of NOS parts that I have to identify including about 70 intake and exhaust valves, valve seats,valve guides,two connecting rods,18 pistons, a water pump main gear, a turbo fan, possibly a cylinder liner, contactors, relays and many small switch block contact points. Much of this has Alco GE part numbers on it, some are labeled for "244 engine". I am attempting to catalog 4 or 5 tons of parts. I don't think these are 251 parts unless they interchange. Thanks for any help that you can provide.

You might want to ask this question at rypn.org. IIRC, someone who posts there ("JohnC"?) offers Alco parts and maintenance manuals on CD. You'll have to search.
