Say, Didn't they paint the U.P. 4012 awhile back with some kind of special paint to last a long time and keep her looking great? Seems to me I remember something about that, but I could be mistaken.

It's a shame that they don't have the money to put the Reading T-1 2124 in operation. This would be the best engine for the Anthracite Region as others have stated in the past.

I commented on T.O. at the time, that the U.P. lettered their engines in industrial silver, NOT white paint. I was answered back....so what, nobody knows and who cares anyway. Well...so much for teaching the new generation historical correctness. Ha!
