There was a film on RFD today (Ch 345 Direct TV) I think it it will show again, late tonight. They have this every Monday at 3:00 PM, PT

Its about an outfit in (Kansas I think) that rebuilt the AT&SF 3415. It shows a lot of the "doing" and explains what the film is showing. Tubes, flues, boiler, air pump, etc. This may help some folks that don't understand the insides and what needs to be done. They even had a part that showed UP people, sent down to help and do some work because they had the knowledge.

Maybe that Jughead Dickens should watch it.

I watched it last night, it was informative. Sadly,  I only live about 125 miles from Abilene, and I've only been out there once, and that was the day after it's maiden voyage a few years ago. I enjoyed the video, and had not heard of it before, or I might have bought a copy.

Multiple video's for ATSF 3415 on Youtube. Would love to see her scoot along at more than 15MPH though.

It was on "Trains and Locomotives" on the RFD channel. I record those every week and always enjoy whatever it happens to be about.

It sounds like our "Dreams Come True" DVD that we sent them a couple years ago.  I think we still have a few for sale in the depot.  Some my youtube footage ended up on it.  I tried to document as much as possible when I could.
