New Power at Strasburg?

Saw this at Strasburg RR when passing by today.    I'm wondering if this is new power to help deal with the surge in freight business or if it is just there for contract painting.

It is there for contract work.  The firemans side battery box was rebuilt as before you could through to the ground.
