I don't suppose a better reaction would have been: "Thanks for the observation, we are currently short of funding, or short of hands, or whatever" wouldn't have been a more approriate response? Responding to criticism harshly just pushes people away from donating or attending your events! People do remember reactions to criticism, especially if its negative. I mean, its obviously a smart ass remark, didn't even include the SBRHS website.... Just tired of seeing how people treat each other, if you didn't like the critique of your favorite locomotive, just don't respond.
