Texas State RR in 1992
Author: nomosantafe

I found a box of slides from 1992 and found these photos of the Texas State Railroad.

These photos are from a trip in December 1992.  The former AT&SF 4-6-2 pulled out train that day.

Here are 3 photos from that day taken at Palestine, TX.

A nice looking lady!  Hopefully it will make it through its 1472 in the not too distant future.

'Hope that you are keeping your feet dry in FW.

Best regards,

I thought they had the new boiler on the property?  At any rate, it's great to see Earl returning things to prototypical paint and apperance.  He's good folks!

I believe you are correct, and Earl is working at Cass now.

Damn, nobody tells me anything.   I thought Earl was still at TSRR.   When did this happen?

It seems to have been in the last few months.
