Steam & Excursion > M&NF 14 in the early morning

As the engineer oils around, the ex-Union RR 77 gets ready to start a day of work at Clearfield, Ky.
The engine was one three on M&NF in the late '50's. The others were no. 12, an ex-Southern 0-6-0 (now owned by Jerry Jacobson) and number 11, a 2-6-2 that later went to the Everett RR in PA.. 
Hopefully, number 14 will work again on the Big South Scenic Ry where it has been under restoration for many years.

It stands for Morehead & North Fork.

It is Morehead and Noth Fork.

14's boiler and firebox are back on the frame and wheels at Stearns, rumor has it.
