Look carefully at the small photo line, and then a horny red truck parked in the back.
I think 425 holds the current US speed record for steam in the last 3 years. I can't think of a faster engine right now. Thanks to R&N good track and no particular steam speed restriction. I looked closer at the video and it appears that there are two side by side and quite close.
